I am a mum of 3 beautiful girls ( Ava 6, Naiah 4, and Azariah 3 months). I was exclusively breastfeeding with naiah for 3 years and now currently breastfeeding with Azariah. Unfortunately I wasn't able to breastfeed with ava as 1 week postpartum I was suffering from sepsis and was hospitalised for a week. By the time I arrived back home ava had already settled in with formula.
I cherish the bonding breastfeeding Provides and also I feel empowered and proud of us women.
The benefits of breastfeeding is just out of this world and that's why I love it so much! (Not only for baby but for mama too!).
My journey with breastfeeding has been a roller coaster of emotions but I wouldn't change it for the world.
I have been desperately wanting to pump and store breastmilk for azariah so her daddy can help with feeds. But we are currently struggling financially and have not been able to purchase any pumps.
Azariah also suffers with CMPA and its not always easy to contact the gp as our local gp is under staffed. But I have cut out dairy from my diet and she seems to be so much more happier.
Azairah was prescribed hydrolysed formula but she won't drink it!.
But if I am able to pump and freeze my milk it would help so so much!
